Meat Church BBQ® Chicken Injection

Meat Church BBQ Chicken Injection was designed to help “enhance” the flavor of your chicken and keep it as moist as it can be! Chicken is a category that Meat Church BBQ has always placed first in and now you know their secret!

Mixing Instructions: The taste and consistency of injections are a personal preference. We recommend you start with a 1/3 cup injection to 1 cup of water (or liquid of your choice) and go from there. Some folks prefer it thinner so feel free to add more liquid if you desire.

Ingredients: Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein [Hydrolyzed Soy and Corn Protein & Salt, with Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (Cottonseed, Soybean) Added]. Monosodium Glutamate, Sodium Phosphate, Xantham Gum, Natural Butter Flavor, and Chicken Flavor (Chicken Stock, Flavor & Salt).
